What grapes will make the best wines in Texas? At Brushy
Creek Vineyards, we are experimenting with 36 different
grape varieties to develop quality wines as unique as Texas.
Located in the historic Cross Timbers region northwest of
Fort Worth, we are very excited about the quality of wines
made from Spanish and other warm-climate grapes. Les
Constable, owner and winemaker, served in the U.S. Navy
Submarine Service and is a retired nuclear engineer,
bringing science and quality principles to the art of
growing and making Texas wine. |
