The Hahne family has served one of Texas’ most renowned
First Families for three generations. At the White House
Winery, we are pleased to offer our premier class of wine to
the citizens of the great state of Texas. The winery derives
its name from the Texas White House in Stonewall, which
served as Lyndon B. Johnson’s presidential office. During
the late 1950s, the Hahne family was instrumental in the
redesign and reconstruction of the Texas White House. The
winery is being built to resemble that structure, which
still stands on the LBJ Ranch today. Visitors can experience
the history of the Johnson family through a photo gallery
owned by Gary K. Hahne.
